As the RCAM Foundation evolves, evaluation will be a key way to bring new insights to our work. Evaluative thinking will bring about strategy development and target setting for growing and sustaining the RCAM project. The overall approach includes milestone setting with a realistic timeline and continuous monitoring.
Impact of the RCAM Marketing and Outreach Program will be determined by how effectively the following milestones have been achieved:
Product Development: Produce 4 key products for retail sales.
Service Development: Sewing services will become 75% efficient according to industry standards. Cutting services will become 75% efficient according to industry standards.
Increase Product Sales: Establish consistent retail sales of 500 items/month, then grow by 5%/month.
Increase Service Sales: Establish consistent contracts for cutting and sewing services of 40 hours/month.
Increase visibility of RCAM.
Grow media campaign: Maintain 5000 “hits” on website/month.
Establish on-line store.
Establish new RCAM sites: Add 2 sites by the end of 2017.
The goals established above will be met in 2017.
